So yah today i slept in a little more because it was cold breakfast meaning that i didn't have to be down here on crew. We had a lecture this morning on Worship and Intercession from a guy named Luke (Great name by the way. If you don't have it you ought to get it) Weaver. He talked for about an hour on worship and then we took a half hour break. Well the night before i'd stayed up til after three because i couldn't sleep because i'd had a Dr. Pepper just before i went to bed. Bad idea. I just figured that because i was going to be watching Apollo 13 i'd have time for it to wear off. Unfortunately, that gave it just enough time to really take effect. Anyway, we actually have a TV in our room now. They had an old one in the guy's end of DUDA and Doug said we could have it so i happily obliged. By the way, DTS students are only allowed to watch G and PG movies. A bit of a drag because i brought all three Bourne movies but i won't squabble. Charity (DTS Director this year) has a bunch of movies in her house. Last night we watched Over the Hedge. Great movie. One of the families up here actually has Satellite TV and they said that they could maybe let me watch some Avs games or maybe tape them. Woohoo!!! Oh, by the way, Sarah, could you please tell Travis i said BuYah! in regards to the game between the Broncos and the Raiders monday night. Ha ha ha. Well, i miss you all. God bless. Smile!!!

aw well I hope you are having fun. What do you do during the day besides being on kitchen crew, going to services, and cleaning boilers? :-)
Do you have a VCR?
We have a lecture every morning and like every couple of days we have icebreakers. We actually don't have actual services. But we are going to youth group on wednesday nights from next week on. We're going to be going to youth groupa at the same church we're attending. Megan and i are going to Grace Community and Steven and Sarah are going to Cedar creek. And Charity wants us to go to youth group at the same church we attend for sunday mornings. Yah Doug said we could put the VCR that was in the guy's end of DUDA in our room because he and Ian already have a nice TV in their room. Saturday morning i have to get up at around 4:30 cause we're going to a kind of community outreach/Yard Sale that morning to help out and maybe "score (As Doug said) some stuff for us at lower prices than we could buy.
I must admit, the Broncos-Raiders game was pretty sad! lol I'm glad the Broncos won their first home game. I wish I could say the same for my team!

I'm going to post some pictures pretty soon. I just have to get them off my camera, select the ones i want to post, and then come down here to the mess hall in the dead of night and post them. Yah...i'm up right now because a few members of my team and i were supposed to be going to wal-mart for some stuff at 1 am. Crazy people, but i figured that i might as well go along. Well i got up, got all ready to go, went out, and lo and behold, i think they changed their mind...Anyway, things are really good. Read my latest post...
so what do you do during the day? like after lectures and while you are not cleaning? u just sit there? lol :-)
No, i hang out with people from my team. I sleep. I watch some movies. And i play games on my computer. And i post on here.
